Consumer prices decreased by 6.05% in November in the country while it were 6.19% in October, according to statement of the Bangladesh Bureau of Statistics (BBS).

Planning Minister AHM Mustafa Kamal has unveiled this information while addressing a press conference held in the capital's NEC conference room on Wednesday.

Planning Commission member Dr Shamsul Alam and separate other high officials of the ministry, were also present, among others at that time.

'The supply of the winter vegetables have been increased in the markets while the oil prices in world markets are being decreased, so it has impacts in the local markets as well,' the Minister also added.
